How do you price your commercial moves?
We charge an honest hourly rate for local relocations, which is completely locked in and will not change. While we happily handle long-distance moves as well, most of our Triangle clients choose our straightforward hourly pricing. We provide a clear estimate upfront, and we do our absolute best to be as accurate as possible when estimating the time of your move based on the logistics.
The base hourly rate won't change, but we require clients to be completely upfront about what they have so we can stay on the same page. We value transparency and hate having to discuss added fees on moving day. If we arrive and encounter a heavy office safe, vending machine, or an extremely heavy piece of furniture that we were not made aware of, a special item fee will be applied.
